Before you begin using our video production, animation, illustration and / or shop services (“Service”), please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Payment Options
For our services, we offer 2 payment options. Annual Subscription and One-Time Payment. By selecting an Annual Subscription, you agree to pay in advance for a full year of service . Following the first year, you will be charged a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. Prior to invoicing you for the renewal price, we will notify you. Subject to our cancellation policy, you may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time prior to the start of the following subscription cycle.
TERMS OF AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL: The Annual Subscription renewal cost will be charged to your credit card in the first month of your future Annual Subscription.
As an example, imagine you acquired an Annual Subscription for the period June 2023–May 2024. Unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before to June 2024, we will bill you in May 2024 for the next year (June 2024 to May 2025). You are responsible for any recurring charges prior to cancellation. After you enroll, we will instantly process your Annual Subscription payment at the then-current Annual Subscription rate.
Once a subscription ends, the user will lose access to all Bubble Light Productions Limited content, including online and downloaded resources.
Payment Methods
We accept payment through credit card, debit card, and Stripe. Verify that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and privacy policies of each payment service provider you use.
Refunds and Renewals
No refunds will be provided once a user has been granted access to the paid Bubble Light Productions Limited content.
Refunds are only possible for renewed subscriptions within 14 days of the renewal date.
License Types
Student License: Grants access to one student only.
Teacher License: Allows use by multiple students but only in the presence of the license purchaser.
User Eligibility
Users must be the age of 13 and over. All purchases must be made by a responsible adult.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Bubble Light Productions Limited website is the intellectual property of Bubble Light Productions Limited.
A license grants the user the right to use the content for educational purposes only.
Redistribution or resale of Bubble Light Productions Limited course content is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to share our content with any Third Party, re-sell, modify, or create derivative works from our content or any of its components.
You may not share our images or animations without permission.
Termination
Bubble Light Productions Limited reserves the right to terminate access to the service or a user's account in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Use agreement.
Your Feedback to Us
You grant to Bubble Light Productions Limited all rights, title, and interest in and to any Feedback you offer. If such assignment is not effective, You agree to give Bubble Light Productions Limited an unrestricted, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback.
Account Closure
We reserve the right to instantly cancel or suspend Your Account, without prior warning or responsibility, for any reason, including without limitation if You violate these Terms and Conditions. Your permission to use the Service shall immediately terminate upon termination.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bubble Light Productions Limited and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software, and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if Bubble Light Productions Limited or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be amended and construed to achieve the provision's goals to the maximum degree permitted by applicable law, while the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Except as expressly provided herein, a party's failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect that party's ability to exercise such right or to require performance at any subsequent time, nor shall waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

If You have a problem or an issue over the Service, You agree to first attempt an informal resolution by contacting Bubble Light Productions Limited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
