Pricing examples:

Terms of Service:

Each purchase includes up to two major revisions in sketch stage. Full render commissions also include two minor revisions after sketch stage.

Commissions cannot include

• Hateful art

• NSFW

• Anything illegal (including copyrighted characters without written permission from the copyright owner)

I retain the right to refuse a commission at my discretion. If a commission is refused, it will be fully refunded.

Payment

Payment is upfront.

All prices and payments are GBP

Prices range from headshots to full-body shots.

Calculation of fees:

• Additional characters = +50% initial price

• Single colour background = Free

• Geometric basic shape background = +20% initial price

• Medium complexity background = +100% initial price

Refunds are not accepted once a commission has begun development. As a made-to-order item, this item cannot be refunded.

Payment transactions will be through the Squarespace site sebcox.com that will run through Stripe.

File format

The format provided will be in the form of a JPEG or PNG file (if a transparent background is preferred).

Illustrated layers or program save files are not included with this commission.

Termination

A commission will terminate if any of the following are met:

• The final included revision has been sent.

• A client ceases communication for 7 days.

• A client does not provide feedback using the provided feedback form within 7 days.

• A refund has been sent.

Contact and Communications

Upon paying for a commission, you will be contacted by Email by Seb, who will provide you with an introduction form for your commission, where you can share information about what you’re after and any references.

For feedback on a commission, this must be done using the feedback forms provided. Additional feedback in other forms will not be referred to.

For full render commissions, you will be provided with a sketched version where up to 2 revisions can made before entering the rendering phase. No major changes can be made after this point. Once the rendered version is completed this will be sent through for up to 2 minor revisions.

Rights and Permission

Alterations, Editing, Reselling, or using this product for NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) or any format of Cryptocurrency is STRICTLY prohibited.

You may not run the commission through any form of A.I. generating system, A.I. Learning Software, or Image generating programs. This includes open and closed A.I. systems. These A.I. Software/Programs include, but not limited to:

Open AI / Sora / Jasper Art / Starry AI / Dream by Wombo / Nightcafe / DALL-E / Synthesys X / Pixray / Deep Dream Generator / Deep AI / BigSleep / Artbreeder / Fotor AI Image Generator /  Craiyon / Photosonic / Images.ai / Stable Diffusion / AI Time Machine / Lensa AI

Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to additional charges of up to £100 (GBP currency) plus 500% of the initial price.

Seb Cox retains the copyright of the original works. You have permission to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes. This includes non-profit social media posting and personal prints (not for resale).

Seb Cox reserves the right to upload your commission on social media and website.

Seb Cox reserves the right to use your commission as an example of their work.

You may freely upload the commission to social media with credit for the artwork provided.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree with the Terms of Service stated above.
